DIY Refreshing Green Tea Face Mask
After EID, my face turned so pale and dull and I felt it was literally screaming for some extra care. So, my usual way to deal with this dull skin syndrome is to tear open a sheet mask but, today I thought of trying something new since the Little one was sleeping well and voila this green tea refreshing face mask/pack was created.
I knew that I wanted green tea in my face mask and so I came up with this easy yet effective recipe that is so apt for summers and is packed with antioxidants and removes all the impurities and getting that glow back to your skin.
Ingredients
Rice flour – 1 tablespoon ( you could make rice flour with rice. just mill it for few mins and store the left over for future use in an airtight container)
Green tea – make usual green tea using a tea bag or loose tea whatever is available and leave it to cool down , refrigerate for 30 mins if you prefer to apply cold face mask.
lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
mix all the above ingredients together really well and apply on your face and neck
Leave it on for 10- 15 mins and remove it by scrubbing the face followed by rinsing it off with cold water.
