Fit me vs Fat me…And The Battle Begins!

There was a time  OR I should rather say Once upon a time, I would eat really healthy food and never touch those wicked carbs (white carbs to be specific).  But things drastically changed after I was blessed with motherhood. While I was breastfeeding my son I shed a lot of weight but gained as well as I would starve after feeding him and my only comfort was something sweet. I could never stick to clean eating for more than a week or exercising.  I would fail again and again. So, one fine day after struggling to eat healthy and cutting down on carbs and sugar, disheartened I tried to think over it again.  I somehow figured that my willpower isn’t strong enough – at least not like earlier and that comes from being mentally strong.

So I began by talking to friends who were on weight loss journey, to get inspired by real time success stories. second I noticed I was very hard on myself so this time I should take baby steps like try to follow clean eating for three days and then think about another one week which will make me think ooh its just gonna be three days . Its like challenging your brain to think in a different manner.
